For 7 years he cultivated valuable relationships throughout town and within the real estate industry and ultimately, he became an agent with Prudential Utah Real Estate in 1989. Since then, Kurt's maintained a consistent position amongst Park City's top agents. In May of 2000, Kurt teamed up with Bronson Calder to form the Peterson/Calder Real Estate Group and before long they emerged as Park City's #1 Real Estate Team. Born and raised in Park City, Bronson Calder is a local in the truest sense. Growing up in Park City he developed an instant love for the outdoors and his home. After graduating from the University of Oregon, he moved home and began his career in the mortgage banking business. It wasn't long before Bronson was ready to move into real estate and when the time came, he partnered with one of his long-time friends and colleagues, Kurt Peterson. Out of the office, Bronson works just as hard to experience Park City's thrilling outdoor activities to the fullest - and he's always eager to share an adventure with a new client. From skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter, to fly-fishing, mountain biking, water skiing and camping in the summer, Bronson always takes full advantage of Park City's spectacular Wasatch Mountain playground.
